Individual / Team Registration Forms

Instructions on how to fill out and submit the forms:

1. All participants must complete a Registration form either online or by mail.
2. Participants collect pledges to raise money for a great cause. Pledges are to be mailed to the address below prior to race.
3. Teams captains be sure each team member completes the Registration form and includes the Team name where indicated on the form.
4. When mailing registration and/or pledge forms send them to:

5. Each team member collects pledges to support the cause! These pledges can be mailed in before the race to OUCARES. Teams should mail in their pledges together so the team gets proper credit for the amount of money raised.
6. The largest team, the team with the most number of pledges and the team with the highest dollar amount of pledges will receive prizes on the day of the race, given all their forms have been received by the May 1st deadline.
7. And, last but not least, have some fun along the way!!!

Registration check-in at The Oakland Center at Oakland University (click here for a map) at 8:00 am. The 5-K race will begin promptly at 9:15 a.m. and the 10-K will follow at 9:45 a.m.

The registration fee is $25 per runner and your registration comes with a tee shirt to commemorate the event as well as your support for the cause. Medals will be awarded in the 10-K for the top three runners in each age group (Under 17, 18-25, 26-35, 36-45 and 45+).
